A Titan Day

Nobby Beach Surf Club, together with the Gold Coast Titans, hosted a fantastic family fun day last Sunday 15^th January and despite the cloudy weather there was still a great attendance.

Rugby league fans young and old queued up for a shot at dunking Gold Coast Titans player Greg Bird in the drink – although we think many were probably relishing the opportunity to sink the New South Wales State of Origin stalwart! Word has it that a few punters succeeded too, including a couple of eagle-eyed juniors who stepped up to the plate.

 

The numbers were great, with plenty of kids and families enjoying the sausage sizzle, face painting and jumping castle, plus plenty were signing up for Titans memberships.

 

From our perspective as a local family business, John Henderson Real Estate – Professionals Mermaid Beach were so proud to see the community getting together to help out the Nobby Beach Surf Club.

 

As a strong advocator of corporate community responsibility and a long-time major sponsor of the Nobby Beach Surf Club, it was exciting for us to see other local businesses and clubs such as Totally Teeth and the Gold Coast Titans get involved and help give back to the clubs that give us so much.
